About This Project

Wells Fargo needed a way to facilitate conversations with their clients on the importance of retirement income planning and instill a sense of confidence in their financial advisor.

Sparks Grove developed the strategic positioning and messaging for the offering and built a web module to explain the retirement income story in a more personal way. Multiple rounds of user testing made a complex idea welcoming and engaging.

With the new module, Wells Fargo Financial Advisors can have warmer, more productive conversations, driving increased market share and brand awareness.
