About This Project

The goal was to improve the class reservation process while preserving the personal relationship that riders have with the brand.

The app features an immersive dashboard highlighting your next ride, a bike map that updates in real-time, powerful bookmarking functionality, and a robust filtering tool.

We optimized  the booking utility built for speed, allowing riders to do what they want most: get off the phone and onto a bike.

We also added the ability to stream live studio classes— directly in the app.

The improved shop experience allows users to easily find what they want and checkout quickly.

New Widget Features

Glanceable Widget
Widgets are small app instances that can update in the background and keep up-to-date information right on your home screen in a glanceable format. This allows our riders to know when they have an upcoming class. It also serves as a constant reminder to book a ride.

Digital Check-in
COVID-19 protocols led us to create a way for riders to check-in to class without touching anything in the studio lobby. In the past, riders would check-in on a Chromebook kiosk setup. Now they can simply check-in on the app when they get to the studio.

Share the Love
Community is at the heart of the Soul experience— and now you can share the love! Riders can now purchase and invite their friends to ride with them in any class. Simply reserve the spots, and send the link.
